I generally read romance novels, but the JK Rowling series has enthralled me from the very beginning. The wit, the imagination, the simplicity. I love it. My favorite chapters from books 1 to 6 are Chapter 1 from book 1 called "The Boy Who Lived" and Chapter 1 from book 6 called "The Other Minister". It doesn't really bother me that the books are longer than the Bible. I've read them over 4 times, and this July we will have the last book. I am not sure what I expect from it, all I know is I love the way she writes. I hope she keeps writing even if its some other character or maybe a spinoff. One can only hope. |

I went to a school that taught both English and Spanish but also Italian. I never really became fluent in Italian but I did get the "bug" for learning languages. 15 years ago it was not so easy to get Teach yourself language programs, so every time I visited the U.S. I would gather as much as I could and bring it back to Panama. Anything that taught German, Italian, French, Russian, even Japanese and Sign Language. These days you can find any of that material in the web, even audio files and so much to read! It is my dream come true. Last year I tried the Rosetta Stone Course for Japanese, and it is really cool, but Japanese is VERY DIFFICULT! All I remember is, "Otokonnoko tachi wa, tonde imasu" (the boys jump). |

About 11 years ago I bought my first purebred Shih Tzu dog, Archie, then later Connor. They inspired me to create my site "Shih Tzu Magazine". Today, I have one Shih Tzu called Chuck Norris, one Yorkshire Terrier named Chiqui and one mix breed terrier called Fifi. They are the light of my life. They make me truly happy... I am working on the Yorkshire Terrier Magazine next so it should be out on 2008. Ah and there is the cat... well.. He's evil, I rescued him, gave him a home, and he bites and scratches me all the time.. sometimes even attacks me.. I started clicker training the dogs and the cat in October 2006, but have stopped ever since the cat started getting along with the dogs.. I really love clicker training because you get the dog to have fun with you.. you never force them to play when they do not want to. That is something special. |

A very cool game. Many hours of play. Many facets! I bought it I think 3 years ago and I still play it, mainly because I can play it while I eat (every member of your clan gets a turn and will wait for you to say "go". So I dont have to have the DS in my hands all of the time. |

This is my favorite show of all time. Truly, these three women/witches, have filled my life with magic and strength on the most difficult years of my life. A lot of my friends wonder why I love the show so much, and to tell the truth, I am amazed that they do not see it. Three beautiful, powerful women, that help others while trying to get control of their own lives and living those lives to the fullest extent possible... what's not to love? How could I not want to achieve some of that, or look up to them in a small way. |
